We are a product of our biology and environment. Therapy helps us understand ourselves and how we relate to others. It helps clarify our complex needs and motivations so that we can have more self awareness and live our lives more fully. In therapy, you will uncover your own history and patterns of being. Sometimes medications can help facilitate this journey and are most beneficial when combined with therapy. For this reason, I provide therapy services or combination therapy and medication management but not medication on its own.
